Jim Barter : Digital Imagination

The “Heliodisplay“, from IO2Technology is a realworld ‘holographic’ projector that displays psudeo 3d interactive images and movies ala the scene in StarWars where R2D2 displays Princess Leia asking for help.

An extremely exciting project, the videos and media on Io2’s website blew me away…

…although I am a bit worried about what the the empire evil corporations advertising agencies will do with this technology.

(yes i know its not REAL 3d, but it’s damn close…)

I posted a while back about making this change, well now its done, ‘cybo’ will remain for a while, (unless someone wants to buy it!) then the domain will be parked.

The main reason behind this is that ‘cybo’ didn’t say anything about what this site really is, a personal space, wheras ‘jim barter’, obviously does

Also people were always asking me how to spell ‘cybo’ and this change will also help fight the amount of spam I was getting to ‘jim@cybo.co.uk’ which was getting way out of hand…
