So I quit smoking… (again…)

What happened?
After 20 minutes my blood pressure dropped back down to normal.
After 8 hours the carbon monoxide (a toxic gas) levels in my blood stream dropped by half, and oxygen levels return to normal.
After 48 hours my chance of having a heart attack has decreased. All nicotine will have left my body. My sense of taste and smell return to a normal level.
After 72 hours my bronchial tubes relax, and my energy levels increase.
After 2 weeks my circulation increased, and it will continue to improve for the next 10 weeks.
After three to nine months coughs, wheezing and breathing problems will dissipate as my lung capacity improves by 10%.
After 1 year my risk of having a heart attack will have dropped by half.
After 5 years my risk of having a stroke returns to that of a non-smoker.
After 10 years my risk of lung cancer will have returned to that of a non-smoker.
After 15 years my risk of heart attack will have returned to that of a non-smoker.
I’m on 5 weeks… I feel pretty good apart from wanting to put my head through a wall the whole time…
